In my environment, I tell my users that the use of the "bk gone" command 
is prohibited and they aren't allowed to use it. People who are less 
experienced confuse this command with "bk rm" which is probably what 
they are really trying to do; bk gone is essentially an admin command. I 
only use it when someone's checked in a big load of files they shouldn't 
have, or a big tmp file, etc.
