I took Wayne's suggestion of making this "bk log" and changing the docs
to refer to that.  If you run "bk prs" you get the old style output.

I also left in $BK_PRS_DSPEC though one could argue it should be 
$BK_LOG_DSPEC

I'm working through all of the man pages for consistency/accuracy.
I'm up to "p" (hence bk prs questions).  My guess is another 2 weeks
on that crud and then we'll start shipping beta images so people can
tell us what we broke.

It's likely to be called 4.0 though, we did change some interfaces
(all documented in the release notes).
