[Bitkeeper-announce] BK-3.2.3 released

We're double checking that we ran the virus scanner before doing
this build and until then we're not allowing downloads of that image.
We should have a verified clean image in less than an hour or two.

Just to allay any fears, we have no indication there are any virus
problems, we're just being paranoid.  We've never introduced a virus
in our install image and we'd like to keep it that way.
